Glorious weather, heats up the action at Marshfield...

Just 10 minutes into the game and the home team get a free kick within scoring distance, a shot on target forces Tom to make a great save.

Minutes later, the Colts get their first corner, a great ball makes it across the face of the goal but no one got on the end of it, within seconds Combe are scrambling a strong Marshfield counter-attack off of the goal line.

Marshfields efforts are soon rewarded with their first goal coming just 5 minutes before the half time whistle.

Minutes into the second half and Aaron M crosses a lovely ball to Joseph from a throw in, Joseph drives home the equaliser for the Colts.

Despite the equaliser Marshfield keep their heads up and after 10 minutes of action at both ends, Marshfield take the lead again with their second goal, George Fortt responds moments later with a perfectly timed lobb over the Marshfield keeper.

A fair result...
