Bradford Town 1 - Castle Combe Colts 4

The Combe U 13 team were looking for their revenge after losing 3-2 to Bradford in the Cup.  A must win game to keep the title chances alive, Combe started off well maintaining possession, It was going to be one of those days , as early missed chances by Gareth went astray.

It was late into the 1st half when Gareth made amends with a lofted shot into the top corner and then followed up on a goal mouth scrabble to make it 2 nil on the break.

Combe continued the possession play in the second half despite some heavy downpours and Liam calmly slotted in 2 more to make the score 4. James was 5 minutes away from keeping his first clean sheet but it was not to be as Bradford scored to make it 4-1.
