Coaches & parents please remember, nobody makes 100% perfect decisions in any part of life.

Referees need our encouragement, support, respect and our gratitude as many feel isolated & vulnerable in the middle of the park.

So if you’re lucky enough to have one, please treat them with respect.

Speak to them how you yourself wish to be spoken to & they may just come back next week…
