U 10's began their Season with a disappointing defeat at home to Chippenham Town Youth on Sunday despite taking a 12th minute lead from Captain, James. New signing Harry made his debut and settled in well, with Matthew and James bossing the Midfield area and the boys created numerous chances but a combination of lacklustre finishing and superb Goalkeeping kept the Colts to just a narrow 1-0 lead at halftime. Joshua, impressive at the back was replaced after suffering a bad injury and Alex and Sebbie, also making his first apperance, came on for Joseph. Alec had to be on his toes as Colts passing fell to pieces in the second half and the Colts 'keeper kept the visitors at bay . However an equaliser, followed by a late winner ensured the home side suffered a shock 1-2 loss. The boys will have to improve, as League Champions, Devizes are our opponents next Sunday.
