The decision to play against the wind in the 1st half almost paid off but 2 early goals and 2 on the stroke of half-time made it look almost impossible for the lads to pull it off.

A goal 10 minutes after half time from Ed via his head from a Ryan Wilson corner gave us hope. The boys pressured non-stop 2nd half with the wind behind them and played some good football on the ground. Ben Jamieson grabbed 2 goals - one with an assist from Alex and the other a goal line scramble coming off Alex into Ben's path. 4 - 3 and with hope. Melksham however scored again from a break away 5 minutes from the end which appeared to leave us too much to do.

It looked like we were going to do an Everton v Man Utd when Ben had a brilliant run scoring his 3rd from a brilliant solo. However it was in added on time and too late!

Another fine team performance - everyone contributing - Steven, Fed and Josh coming off the bench put in a great effort.

So Ben Jamieson got his 2nd hat-trick of the season and the guys gave him man of the match again.
