I am a very proud manager as I write this. This was our best performance of the season and means the unbeaten run extends to almost a month.  Bishops Cannings were a very capable side and started the match on top Tom, Jasper and Josh B were called upon to repel a number of attacks as they continued to do all the way through the match. Suddenly a break away was on - a number of passes were exchanged before Charlie N performed an 'Ali' shuffle and drove the ball in with his left peg. Confidence flowed through out the team and some of the passing was a delight - culminating in a trademark flying 20 yd volleyed goal from Dan G. Our visitors dragged a goal back before half time but the lead was deserved at the break.

The passing football continued in the 2nd half with the midfield of Heather, Jacob, Harry, Josh F working so hard to maintain the advantage. Cannings brought themselves level with a ferocious drive that three keepers would have struggled to keep out let alone one! We then continued to carve out chance after chance and would have had a hatful on any other day. We did desevedly regain the lead halfway through the half when skipper for the day Jamie C capped a fantastic display by driving into the top corner. Cannings hit an equaliser right at the death - probably a fair result, and everyone knew they had been involved in a classic encounter
