In very wet conditions the lads tried very hard but did not bring their A game - our friends from Corsham took advantage of that, and took home the plaudits.

In game 1, Will notched a goal to put us in the lead but the guys were strangely hesitant and the visitors - who were keenly diving into tackles - were able to break quickly on occasion and make it pay.

In game 2 our visitors gave us another chance to view several players from the earlier game, and as a result you have to say our lads did an exceptional job to stay well in the game. Several passing moves involving Darryl, Joe N and Tom resulted in rattling woodwork and two others resulted in goals for Jack and Joe P. Henry and Alex had fine games at the back, Well done guys.
