Derry Hill were the visitors today at sunny Castle Combe. The first 20mins were quite scrappy with neither side able to take control, eventually the colts managed to keep possesion of the ball and started to move it around with some fluent passing, in the 25th min they were rewarded when Matthew struck a tremendous shot that gave the keeper no chance to put the colts 1-0 up at half-time.

The goal gave the colts lots of confidence and they started the 2nd half really brightly and it wasn't too long before the goals came along in quick succession with Eddie getting a hat trick, James 2 and Joshus G joining Matthew on the score sheet, Charlie & Josh F were both unlucky not to join the aforemetioned as they both came close to scoring. Derry Hill to their credit never gave up and managed to get a couple of goals late on. Everybody played really well notably, Heather & Warwick in defence and the team spirit was really pleasing to see. Well done to all.
