The Whites demonstrated their battling qualities in a very close encounter with a useful Devizes Town outfit. Matty netted with the last kick of a thrilling game to reward the hosts for their efforts, having opened the scoring in the first half. Joe also found the net twice with a pair of confident finishes, while also helping out his defence in a real box-to-box display. Keeper Rowan and defenders Josh and James were kept busy by a lively and skilful Devizes attack but rose to the challenge well. Brandon impressed with some neat passing in support of the strikeforce and Tom and Luca worked hard for the cause in midfield. |
