The lads came back after the summer break with a tough freindly against our friends from Worton.

BIG PITCH/30 MINS EA WAY/9V9/OFFSIDE - Lots to get used to!

They took to it exceptionally well  - they even used the extra space by passing to each other and creating opportunities which was most unexpected! The 'Marshfield Contingent' of Max, Ben and TomC showed once again and once and for all what great additions they are going to be to our squad. Joe P and Daryl also showed they can play in the Whites anytime they are called on. Joe N, Jayden and Tom BS were superb in both defence and midfield. Goalscorers Archie and JJ looked like something had clicked over the break as they turned in skillful, energetic, performances. Archie hit the bar from 20 yards towards the end - the guys were really unlucky not to get a well deserved win - but the man of the match and accordingly the player of the month for August was Tom Connors.
