A cracking start to the season from the Blacks.

After a close opening ten minutes in which both teams had good chances, Luca took a fine opportunity to score the first of his brace.

James followed shortly afterwards with a superb free-kick to make it 3-0 and Tyvaan added a fourth against his former club.

The Falcons came on strong after half-time but some superb goalkeeping from Kyron, supported by solid cover defending throughout the team - Sam and Will in particular - held off the home threat.

Luke twisted and turned with the ball, powering through the middle. Rowan solidly supported and had a few chances himself, with only some fine goalkeeping preventing more goals.

Good passing and excellent movement off the ball lead to several more chances across the team. Tyvaan and James made  the most of theirs to round off the Colts’ half-dozen.

A great start with lots of promise to come - well done lads!!
