The season is underway at last for the U11 whites........

A strong display where the Devizes goalkeeper was tested again and again (and was usually up to the task) was played out on a gorgeous autumnal morning at COLTS HQ.

Strong performances from Joe, Tom C, Toby and Tom B-S gave us a real platform to dominate posession and create chance after chance. Felix, Max, JJ and Ben ferretted away in midfield wheras Jay and Archie created a real sharp end to the attack.

There is more than one way to get past a determined centre half - Jayden showed him a clean pair of heels in the first half with his searing pace, lashing the ball into the corner to notch a great goal. Archie displayed awesome strength to wrestle him off the ball for the third - it wasnt a foul as they were both doing the same. The second goal was forced by a wicked cross from Arch - Ben was closest to the defender who deflected it in so i will give the goal to him.

Clean sheet - loads of chances - well done boys. Bigger tests ahead so take confidence from this and move on
