U10 Blue Division: CCCFC Whites 5 Warminster Highbury Reds 0 Print
Season 13/14 - Under 10 White

The Whites guaranteed a top-two finish in the Blue Division with victory over Warminster.
With Warminster experiencing a tough season, the Colts players were heavily rotated around the pitch and took more than a quarter of the contest to make the initial breakthrough.
Max, playing out of goal for the first time this season, threatened in the opening exchanges and hit a post, while Matthew and Bradley forced the busy visiting keeper into smart saves.
With Brandon M’s lively display on the right keeping Colts on the front foot, Matthew put them ahead from close range before Max doubled their advantage at the break.
George’s footwork and link-play in attack was a feature of the hosts’ second-half performance and he grabbed the goal his display deserved. Toby then popped up at the far post to volley home a looping cross from Tom, whose strong running created a number of opportunities.
Brandon H and Luke dominated in midfield and the latter went close to scoring a couple of times before Max attacked Toby’s corner at the near post and flicked home to complete the Colts’ haul.
