The colts unbeaten league run came to a abrupt end this morning as Marlborough ran out worthy winners. The way we lost is what disappoints me the most as in previous games we have showed loads of desire and enthusiasm, but today that was sorely missing, football wise we were as good as Marlborough, however they wanted it alot more than us!

A lack of communication in defence gifted the first goal, their 2nd came from the penalty spot, that's 2 in 2 games, this must stop! the 3rd was a break away when we gave up possession in midfield far to easily. We had our opportunities to score but most were from distance as we struggled to get behind their well organised back 4. We'll put it down to a bad day at the office and move onto next weeks game hopefully with renewed vigour.
