First game of the season for the newly promoted U15's, a game made all the more difficult when we gifted our host 2 sloppy goals in the first 2mins. The guys regrouped after this early setback and soon started to impose themselves on the game, it was on 11mins that a lovely through ball from Luca gave Eddie the opportunity to clip the ball over the advancing keeper to get us back in the game. Unfortuntely this didn't last as Chiseldon were correctly awarded a penalty, although Kristoph was extremely unlucky not to save the kick. A great cross from Luca just missed Eddie, but fell kindly to Matthew to tap into an empty net. 3-2 at halftime.

The 2nd half started better for us, the colts were now competing for every ball and they got their reward with a thumping 30 yarder from Luca that left the keeper standing. At this point I thought we could go on and win the game, but unfortunately our defensive laspes reappeared to allow Chiseldon 2 more soft goals. A good game played in the right spirit by both teams.
